She has published several books on "Women in Leadership" and "Impact of Culture on Teams' Productivity". She has also contributed to the 4th edition of Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMI). Using tools from multiple project management approaches, her enthusiasm for learning led her to an interesting discovery. The most effective project managers are effective because of how they lead the teams and work within their stakeholder communities. This means being invested in and focused on the leadership aspect of the efforts enhances the team’s management of the technical aspects of getting projects to the finish line.
