As a program manager, Joy Riley spent the majority of her professional career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and the International Monetary Fund, mentoring employees, clients, and organizations through transformational change. Personal experiences with her family, friends, and close colleagues led her through her own transformation resulting in retirement from corporate life, more time with her family, and a career in life coaching. Joy focuses on coaching professional working women who would like to better define their career path, change paths, or find improved balance in their lives. I was able to hold multiple positions across multiple departments over the 22 years I was there. From business process redesign to developing and implementing project management standards and best practices, and going on, to establish the IT program management office as you mentioned earlier.
